Open the Ticket Management tab on the left of the Manager Panel.
The + New Ticket button is available on these pages: New & Unassigned, My Tickets, and Open.
Creating the ticket
- Click the + New Ticket button.
- Fill in the required fields: Property, Resident, Category, Priority, Due Date (optional), and Assigned Manager (optional).
- Add a detailed description and attach an image if you need to.
- Click Add New to create the ticket.
If the ticket does not appear in the list after creating it, refresh the page. If it is still missing, email support@myestatelife.com.
