Remember, on Gallagher integrated sites, My Estate Life needs to contact the security server to get an authenticated code for your guest. If we cannot get this code, we cannot send it to your visitor.
We realise on Gallagher security sites, the app experience can be limited by this connection, we are actively working with Gallagher on finding better solutions to the problem.
