Gallagher : Why can I not set the duration of stay?

Unfortunately if your code is only created for 24hr access then your estate is only on Gallagher Web Service, your estate will need to upgrade to RESTapi in order to create visitor access for a set duration and arrival date.

This will show either by the duration picker being greyed out or you might be able to select a date and time but the information is still only limited to 24hrs from creation.

Gallagher web service will only allow you to create access for 24hrs from code creation.
