Oops! It seems your software is out of date and the My Estate Life app is rejecting your security settings. It should be easily fixed by just updating your software.
Go to :
- Settings
- Go to "General"
- Go to "Software Update"
- Update your software.
If there is no update available and My Estate Life continues to go to a white screen, please contact our support team with your phone model and software information. If this error persists it could be that your device is too old to run My Estate Life. Fingers crossed this is not the case!
