What is a notification?
A push notification is an in app message type that we use to alert you on the device if the app is open or not. This is similar to a whatsapp notification or any other general message.
We use a service called Onesignal, this is the same as industry giants and some well known daily driver apps!
Whats important to know is that when My Estate Life sends a notification its instant and leaves our server immediately, where the holdup can lie is on the Android/apple service that determines when it should arrive on your phone.
For some in depth reading and problem solving see : https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/notifications-delayed
How can I get better notification arrival?
Try seeing how your daily internet looks? Are you in a wifi space that is congested or has firewalls that could be interfering with your connectivity?
Try seeing if My Estate Life has high priority on your notifications settings on the device.
Bit of a shot in the dark
We try our best to help you here, but in the case of notification delivery, its a bit of a shot in the dark. We know when we sent you the message, and how it went off... But we struggle to tell you exactly why Apple or Android held the message back from you or delivered it late.
