Most probably nothing to be alarmed about, but definitely needs to be reported to management.
What happens here is that the security guard has probably selected the wrong unit number when entering a visitor to the property. This results in you getting the arrival message rather than the correct unit. Report it via the feedback function so that management can take it up with security.
The security risk could be that the visitor is trying to con his way into the property, this is why we would appreciate your assistance in reporting this ASAP to management.
