My Estate Life is an encrypted application that runs on a security protocol called validated tokens. These tokens are fetched whenever you open the app and validated on time to protect access to your personal information in short windows of encryption.
Because we validate on time : This can expire leaving you with an expired session.
Easy solution, close the app and open it again to fetch a new token.
Its every time I open the app :
If this happens to you every time you open the app then you may be on an old version of the app and need to update. Open the App Store or Play Store and look for an update to the My Estate Life app.
Persistent issue on opening the app :
This could be an issue known as time slip. Its when your phone is set to the wrong time and our server thinks you are trying to access the platform incorrectly or maliciously.
Go to your phone settings, open settings under Date and Time and set your phone to use "Network Time" or "Retrieve time from network", there should be a clearly marked option for automatic time or one of the above names for this.
This will correct the time on your phone, reboot your phone and attempt to open the app after this, it should solve the issue.
