Getting Started
- Check that you have an active internet connection on your email
- Check that your email provider has updated to receive the latest emails
- Check your Junk and Spam folders
- Wait 5mins to allow the propagation of mails
Understanding how it works
We use a international standard SMTP bulk server to send the email, its unlikely that the email has not gone to you. So the following could be happening :
Incorrect email entered :
- Try go back one step and ensure you have entered the email address correctly.
Junk/spam filters :
- Check in your junk or spam filtered box and see if the email is there.
Time delays :
- Emails can take up to 5 mins to land, try just making a quick cup of coffee and see if the email has landed by the time you get back.
If you continue to experience the issue - try starting the process over.
