Properties are attached to a profile. For example: Joe Soap at 10 Long Drive.
A user can have multiple properties linked to them, which is useful for owners with investment properties.
To change your property, you need to request access to the new property and then remove the old one from your profile.
Adding a new property
You will need the Property ID for the new estate. Your estate manager can give you this.
- Log in to the app and tap your address on the home page.
- Tap the yellow Add a Property button.
- Enter the Property ID and select your address.
Removing a property
- Tap your address on the home page.
- Tap the property you want to delete.
- Tap the red Remove button.
You can also ask your estate manager to update your address on the back end.
