When you register, your profile is linked to one or more properties. Before you can delete your account, you'll need to remove every property from your profile.
Step 1: Remove your properties
- On the home page of the app, tap your address.
- Select the property you want to remove.
- Tap the red Remove button.
- Repeat this for every property listed.
Step 2: Delete your account
- Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner of the home page.
- Select Password & Security.
- Scroll down and tap the red Delete My Account button.
When you confirm, your details will be removed from the My Estate Life platform.
Heads-up: Once deleted, your account can't be recovered. If you'd like to use My Estate Life again, you'll need to register a brand-new profile.
I no longer have access to the app
Contact your estate's management team and ask them to remove your properties. This will stop any further communication. If you can't reach them, email support@myestatelife.com.
