The problem
You see a session expired error on your screen, either when opening the app or as a time and date error when adding a visitor.
The solution
This error usually means the time and date on your phone are not set correctly. Even if the time on your phone looks right, your phone could be on the wrong time zone or be a few minutes off. That can confuse apps like My Estate Life.
Fixing the time setting
- Open your phone's Settings.
- Go to Time and Date. On some devices it sits under General or System.
- Switch on Automatically set the time and date (sometimes called "Set Automatically").
With this setting on, your phone syncs with the correct time zone automatically. This helps My Estate Life and other apps validate your profile cleanly.
If you have updated the setting and the error still appears, close and reopen the app.
